We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To avoid wastage, we produce items on demand. We expect to dispatch your order within 5 – 7 business days. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5 per order. All orders over $100 are FREE!

Sizing
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer Youth sizes S (kids 10), M (kids 12) & L (kids 14) and Adult sizes S, M & L. If you require a smaller or larger size than what is available via the JX shop – please get in contact via jx@badgeofhonour.com.au and we can arrange a custom order for you.
SHIPPING
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for every order. All orders over $100 are shipped FREE Australia wide.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately, the Pho3nix Junior Excellence program is exclusive for qualified Swimming Australia Swimmers only. Contact us at jx@badgeofhonour.com.au for more information.
When will I receive my order?
To avoid wastage, we produce JX products on demand. We expect to dispatch your order within 5-7 business days. If your order includes other items in addition to the FREE pull bag, you will receive tracking information once your order has left our warehouse in Sydney. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for delivery Australia wide.
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
No, you don’t have to be home to receive your order. AusPost will leave your package in a safe place if no one is home at the time of delivery. If you opt out of giving AusPost authority to leave, you will receive a card and be able to collect your package at the nearest nominated post office.
Returns & Other Info
How do I return an item?
Please be sure to reference the size charts available on the product pages before purchase. We quality check all our JX items prior to dispatch and are confident in what we are packing before we send it to you. If your item is faulty, please contact jx@badgeofhonour.com.au and we will be happy to look at the issue and find a resolution for you. For any packages returned to us, we ask for your patience whilst we process your return. Please note that for product exchanges, the item must be in its original condition, be unused and returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that we do not provide free returns and customers are liable for all return shipping charges.
Can I order items from a different JX qualification?
No, unfortunately you can only order JX items as per your qualification level. When participants reach a new qualification level, they will be recognised in real time (shortly after achieving the required qualifying time) and be eligible to purchase items from their new qualification (as well as claim their FREE pull bag).
